Like many charities, Animals for Life is funded entirely through donations of money and gifts-in-kind from individuals and businesses in the community. Animals for Life is a 501(c)3 charitable organization and we do not receive any government funding. Please know that we rely on the generosity of individuals like you to help keep AFL programs going! Here at Animals for Life, we try to make the shelter a "home away from home" for each of the animals in our care. For just pennies a day, you can help keep an animal warm, happy and well-fed! When you sponsor a space at the shelter, we will proudly display your name or the name of your company on the run door. At the end of your sponsorship, we will send you a little scrapbook with photos of all of the animals that you have helped. Most people know how important it is to have a will. Once you have provided for the people you love, you may wish to consider a bequest to Animals for Life. Charitable bequests find a place in the wills of many who have planned to support our efforts beyond their lifetimes.. A bequest to Animals for Life can be a flexible way to provide for the care of numerous animals in need well into the future.

You can list Animals for Life as either a direct beneficiary of a set amount of money, a specific asset, or a percentage of your estate. An individual may designate that a bequest be used for general purposes or to support a specific program.
